• Records are stored securely: paper records in locked cabinets, and online records (such as waitlist, account and booking details) in secure, access-controlled systems
• We never share your data without your written consent, except where required by law
• You have the right to see what information we hold and request corrections
• We retain records as required by law then dispose of them securely
• Bilingual families: your information is respected in your home language
