When you join our priority waitlist, we collect:

• your name, email address and phone number;
• your child's date of birth or age, and first name if you give it;
• the number of children enrolling, your preferred start date and session pattern;
• how you heard about us, and any message or additional needs you tell us about;
• whether you want an open-day invitation or our prospectus;
• a record of your consent to be contacted, and when you gave it.

Why we use it

We use your details to contact you about nursery places, our opening, open days and our prospectus. Our lawful basis is your consent. Where you tell us about additional needs, we use that only to plan how we can support your child. [Confirm the condition relied on for any special category data.]

Who we share it with
