Supporting & Understanding Children’s Behaviour

We guide, we don’t punish. We grow kindness together.

• Our approach is rooted in the Fruits of the Spirit, teaching patience, gentleness, and self-control
• We acknowledge feelings and teach words to express them
• We model calm behaviour, never shouting or shaming
• Children are supported to make amends, saying sorry, helping others
• We never use physical intervention except to keep a child safe from immediate harm
• Consistency helps children feel secure, boundaries are clear and kind
