Administered safely and only with your permission.

• Prescription medicines only, non-prescription by prior arrangement
• Written consent form must be signed
• Medicine is clearly labelled, in original packaging, in date
• A log records: name, dose, time, staff initials
• Storage is secure and inaccessible to children
• Staff are trained in medication administration
